    • Repair Orders and parts information synced through CCC or other integrated systems

    • Parts tracking details (status, cost, delivery, installation, returns)

    • Inventory location data

  3. c. Technical Data

    • Device information

    • IP address

    • Usage logs and performance analytics

We do not intentionally collect consumer/customer personal information such as vehicle owner names, payment information, or contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the Services

  • Track and manage parts lifecycle and inventory

3. Integration With Third Parties (Including CCC)

If you choose to integrate RevUp Control with CCC or other systems:

  • We access operational data only with your authorization

  • Data use is strictly limited to the functions of our platform

  • We comply with requirements of CCC Secure Share and any other integration frameworks

You may disconnect integrations at any time, which will stop new data from syncing.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards to secure all information, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

  • Role-based access control

  • Continuous security monitoring

  • Regular vulnerability and compliance reviews

Despite our efforts, no system is fully secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • Meet legal or compliance requirements

  • Support audit and accounting purposes
